Concerts, Concerts and more Concerts, Shelly (The sweet amazing wonderful age 14 music loving soul daughter that she is) & I go to about 10 different shows a month (dependng on who is touring sometimes more/less). Shelly's first concert at the age of 6 was Aerosmith. While we were backstage with Steven, Shelly met KISS & Lenny Kravitz who had flown in to hang with Joe P. So at age 6 Shelly's total appreciation for music allowed me to give her PART of my torch (Hell no I'm not passing it to her I'm still using half of it!)., **MUSIC IS THERAPY**. We have so much fun going to FOB/OCK FlyAways & other concert adventures that take us on the RockNRoll Highway (No Wimps Here). They always ask me to Chaparone at the FlyAways and I ALWAYS say NO Thanks. "I'm here as a kid, fan I mean I am here for the MUSIC! No Soccer mom in this house! The AMPS are as loud as they want to be. I know the golfers on the greens must wonder what in THE HELL is going on in that HOME! Especially when bands stay at the house who would otherwise be sleeping in a Walmart Parking lot (not on my shift guys) We feed them, Give them the top floor of the house and I do laundry most of the night. I wouldnt have it any other way. Bands deserve better., I LOVE Glamour Kills, Fuck City & Snakes&Suits. I am a hoodie ho. My favorite at this moment is my yummy Brown Aerosmith hoodie made by "Trunk". It's gets cozier by the year (but only for 500 people that were able to get it. Haha! What number is mine? yeah right)., LOVE Nag Champa incense, Ganeshes, Indie bands and Indie labels, NYC/Broadway/Eating Eggs Benedict w/Mimosa's at "Pastis", Balthazar, All my Custom Skull Jewelry and custom jeans by Liz Meyer. Liz owns the Silver Moon Boutique in Chicago, she was Steven Tylers Wardrobe Assistant/Fashionista, ****I am loyal to my love of music and those who make it. My bands (yes always exceptions) are ALWAYS so good to their fans. Many a night it would be SO much easier to get on the bus and head out. But you take time to be with us. Like THAT nights show is the ONLY one you have. Literally, you hang out with us most nights until we ALL get kicked out of the venue, bar or wherever you play. That totally rocks in a fans book. We realize (most of us) that the after concert "meet and greets" are NOT included in the already LOW price of the concert ticket., You guys don't make enough as it is. So just know that the times when things DO come up and you CAN'T visit after the show we (The FANS) get it and we understand it. We get it so much that we will continue to drive, fly, miss work, skip school and sometimes (okay MOST times) we hit every show you have in the state we live in. I Love Live Music! I will support it regardless of gas prices, hotel cost, or airfare. ROCK ON!
